Parking & Access

Please do not park at the back of the building. Instead, use the free parking located at the Currumbin Creek Tavern complex, just 50 metres away. It’s an easy 50 meter short walk to the clinic from there, and there is always plenty of space available. If you’re arriving for the first time, allow a few extra minutes to find parking and settle in before your session begins.

We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 2-5 minutes early for your appointment. This is to respect the privacy of the person before your session.

Thank you for choosing to work with Fiona. Below you’ll find all available sessions, including in-person acupuncture, online telehealth consultations, and integrative testing appointments.
Each session is designed to meet you where you are and support your body, mind, and nervous system with an integrative and trauma-informed approach.

Appointment Options

In-Person Acupuncture (Currumbin, QLD)
Deep nervous system restoration, fascial release, and vagus nerve and lymphatic support.
Each session is tailored to balance your system and give you tools to create lasting change.
Telehealth Consultations (Online)
For functional testing reviews, treatment plan updates, or nervous system support from afar.
Sessions are held via secure video and include practical tools to help you regulate and restore balance.
Integrative Testing (DNA, Methylation & Omega-3)
Explore your genetics, inflammation markers, and cellular health to create a personalised plan for nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle.

Do you offer private health rebates?

Yes, rebates are available for acupuncture with all Australian health funds. Please check with your provider for details.

Please note that DNA and Methylation testing is not covered by private health.

What should I bring or prepare for my session?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your lower legs and arms. Bring a journal if you'd like to reflect on your intention or post-session insights. Most importantly, come with an open heart and a clear intention—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—and allow yourself to fully rest.

Why is regular acupuncture important?

Acupuncture works best when received regularly. Like any wellness practice, consistency is key to creating lasting change—especially when working with the nervous system, stress, hormonal balance, or chronic conditions. Group sessions make it easier to commit to this regular rhythm of support, helping you stay connected to your body, emotions, and deeper vitality.

How do online sessions work?

Once booked, you’ll receive a secure video link via email. Please join from a quiet, private space where you can relax and take notes if needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. If 24 hours notice is not received you will still be charged for the appointmentas appointment times are reserved specifically for you and Fiona has a long wait list.

How do I cancel / reschedule my appointment?

When you make your booking you will receive a booking confirmation email. You will also receive an appointment reminder email 3 days before your booking. Both of these emails contain a link to cancel your appiontment. To rebook simply return to this page to book in another session.

Please not that bookings are typically fill 2 months in advance. So if you cancel your session you may need to wait for the next availability.

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide high quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for our patients in need of health care.

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. In order to be respectful of the health needs of the community, please be courteous and kindly call the clinic at least 24 hours prior if you are unable to attend an appointment so that someone else urgently needs a treatment can be seen at that time.

To cancel your appointments, please use the cancellation link on your reminder email. If it is last minute please text 0403 504 628.

There is no charge if your appointment is cancelled 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed (no-show) or cancelled without 24-hour notification will be charged the full fee of the appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cost of full treatment $130 - $200
